I can't thank them enough for all their help. I have now purchased quite a few rooms of tile from them and I got the best price but the service was outstanding. At one point I was torn between several colors of a tile. They brought them all to my house so we could see what each looked like in the room!! Who does that these days?? On another occasion I was doing a back splash and wanted a small accent tile for only a few places as the kitchen was a galley - the owner gave me a sheet of small tiles free of charge. I always recommend them! read more

Just read the classic tile reviews and I must say they must hav being written by Classic Tiles competition. I have being doing business with Classic tile for over 20 years. The owner and his employees are amazing reputable people. The owner has often driven 50 to 60 miles out of his way just to pick small amounts of tile for me when I may have not ordered enough for a project. All my customers are extremely happy with their prices and service. I highly recommend this store for all your tiling needs. John H. read more

I would not have been able to start this project if it was not for the very kind help of Lorraine at this store. I was referred here by a stranger in a plumbing supply store. I told her I was having trouble picking out tile fr Home depot or lowes. She recommended Classic Tile and I cannot say enough about what a big help they have been. They have been mindful of my budget and so helpful with selecting tile which I really appreciate as my room is so small. It is one stop shopping and the staff has been lovely, even when I accidentally showed up there just before closing. Fyi: they close at 3 on fri, closed sat and open sunday. read more

We'll never do business with this place again. We were almost done with our bathroom tile job when our tile contractor told us we needed 1 additional box of tile and 4 pcs of bullnose to finish up. Apparently, this is "too small" of an order to quality for delivery. So, our job was stopped in the tracks while Classic Tile had no solution for our dilemma. They were all too happy to let us wait 1 MONTH until the factory rep returned and could bring our tile. Really, you are okay with having a customer stall a job for an entire month?!!! Horrible customer service. Do not go to this place. read more

Owner is a liar and a cheat. HORRIBLE service and does not stand behind product. Buying tile at Classic was the biggest/only mistake of my kitchen renovation. There are a myriad of tile stores in the area. Warning: Do NOT shop at Classic Tile read more
