As I always do when undertaking a new project, I did some online research as to the local average cost of such work, since this is way out of my wheel house. Their price was right in line, the work was completed on time and was precise, and they are extremely professional. Like I said previously, I called several local land surveyors, some didn't return calls, some only wanted to do large projects and some want to charge you over two-and-one-half times as much as Burke Land Surveying quoted me and held to his quote. Truly Honest! I Highly Recommend Them!

Second day of showings, our realtor (Chris) was ill and had his broker meet with us. Broker (Dave) starts talking about a house he just listed while we were at the first home we went to see. He then spends the entire day saying he is going to bring us to see the home at the end of the day and comparing every other home we looked at to this home telling us it will be perfect for us. We end up seeing the home with a few concerns that he squashes (ex. water damage in basement - says hot water heater busted - it didn't and this was verified by the previous tenant of the home who we contacted). Dave has some concern about the exterior fascia passing an FSA inspection, but says "don't worry, we know all of the local inspectors and we will make this work." Similar statements were made when we were putting in an offer when there was an existing offer already being considered (so we were told). We used an inspector recommended by their company who stated that there were no major issues, and my husband made all small repairs prior to finalizing our contract and closing. We were passed by FHA to close. One month in the home and there is a major roof leak into a bedroom and down into the basement. The walls in that room are filled with mold, and we are terrified to look in other walls. Our homeowners insurance is being cancelled due to needing a completely new roof (which they determined by walking around the exterior of the home - why couldn't an inspector identify this?) We contacted Realty World for guidance and they said they can't help us - refusing to even write a letter to the seller on our behalf when requested. We contacted the law firm they brought us to for closing and were told they cannot help due to a conflict of interest. We feel scammed and are devastated with no options of where to go next. DON'T use them if you are looking for someone to have your back as a buyer, because clearly they only care about their paychecks.
