First, I love that you can schedule appointments online. I hate making phone calls so this was a huge plus for me. There was a variety of appointment times available which is another huge positive. The space is pretty new and has a clean, modern aesthetic. I also noticed the restroom is accessible. I don't have that need, but it is surprising how many places aren't. I had a facial with Rebecca. I was warmly greeted and brought to the facial room. It was dimly lit (but still bright enough to see) and has a relaxing ambiance. The one thing I will say is that the robe thing they give you to put around your upper body is not plus size friendly. I didn't ask if they had a larger option since the blanket mostly covered me, but it is definitely something I hope they have (or get) for the sake of larger clients. The table was warm, comfy and plenty spacious. Rebecca asked me what I was experiencing skin wise and what I was hoping to get out of my facial, then she got to work. I asked her to tell me about the steps and products (I'm super low maintenance so I genuinely don't know about all the skincare stuff out there). The entire experience was relaxing and soothing and I left feeling and seeing the glow! After my facial she asked if I was interested in products but wasn't pushy in any way which was greatly appreciated. This was honestly the best facial I've had since moving to Pittsburgh. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

I am new to…read moreMonroeville so when I first walked in I was asking alot of questions and couldnt decide what kind of package to get but the woman behind the counter was very patient with me and recommended what she thought was best for me and her own personal favoriate beds and lotions. I got really excited so I bought a months worth plus 2 weeks in the 2rd strongest bed . The staff is what actully made me decide to stay, they were so sweet I felt like I was at friends house! Also hollywood tans has some high tech features about it , for example everytime you return to tan you must verify who you by pressing your fingerprint into a little computer generated pad. I was very impressed! After I was done paying I got ready to tan, there was a towel/sticker bar and also at the other end of the salon a beauty bar with make up remover, lotions and deoderant, they definately didnt skimp out on any of those details. The woman lead me back to the booth I was to tan and said take as much time as you need to get undresed and apply lotion no rush and showed me how to turn on the tanning bed. I used the womans own personal favoriate lotion which happened to be an exclusive hollywood tan lotion and I loved it. I only went in for about 6 mins in an 8 min. bed and I was happy with the results. I wasnt burnt but just enough color to go directly back the next day to continue building my base tan. Ive been to many, many tanning salon throughout my life and this was definately in the top 3! Im very excited to return! I came in town from California. I'm SO upset that she can't be my usual eyelash tech because she was absolutely unbelievable! Im beyond thrilled with the results.
