I am a MUSTANG collector and had a very expensive Neon "Mustang" sign in my finished garage. It went out. But not that simple as to replace the switch. Long story short: JIM went above and beyond the call to diagnose the problem, consulted with other experts in the field, studied alternatives and provided me with the Best Options. He kept me posted along the way ensuring that I was a valued customer. It's good to know that there are Professional Experts like JIM still in business to handle our needs. (They are a dying Breed). Just about a month ago we asked them to make us some signs and we gave them a sign to go by, but the sign wasn't the right size or right colors. Then they were also to be installed on our light poles and they would promise a time to come out and never show up and then they never call to tell us why they missed the time. This happened twice and then when they did show up they didn't have the hardware to install "THEIR" signs. So he said they had the hardware at their shop and he would be back today to install the signs and again never showed and I had to call them. So long story short these guys are not the ones you should use for your sign work!
