My toner is a red/copper color that we may make lighter or darker (depending on the time of year) and she always finds the perfect colors to go with my complexion. Sa Haira wasn't a top choice as it had no reviews and therefore a real gamble. But being on the time crunch I was when they said they had an available slot I took it. Lindsey did a wonderful job on the cut and color. It was exactly what I asked for. I love it! The other stylists I encountered were sweet and helpful too. So the lost star comes from two minor but noteworthy issues. The first is relative so take it how you like. My appointment started at 10am and I didn't leave til 115pm. That's over 3 hours! Now I know my hair is long and medium thickness but my usual appointments in my hometown of Portland, OR are usually 2 hours. My stylist chatted a lot with other workers which doesn't bother me except when the work on my hair slows down. The second issue was price. I confirmed on the phone twice that the cost would be $60 for my long, somewhat thick hair. At the end of my appt, I was charged $65. Because I was ready to go and Lindsey did such a good job, I didn't cause a fuss. I had already planned to tip $20 so the extra fee came out of her tip anyway. Overall, I would definitely go back if I am ever back in town.

There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. On a positive note, facial and nail staff are excellent ! Unfortunately quite a few staff members have gone to other spas.
