I had a good experience using this company. It was one of the options Geico gave me after having a little fender bender, not my fault. This was my first time using this company. I made an early appointment to turn my car in for repairs. My time here was quick and I was thankful because I had to go to work. They had my information ready. The person behind the counter was professional and nice. It was a smooth transaction. I was introduced to Jose. He was the person taking care of the repairs. I got a good feeling out of him. He answered all my questions. He seemed to know what he was doing. The repairs took a few days. The company called me and set up a convenient time for me to pick up the car. I was happy with the end result. When I picked up the car. They told me they were going to email me an explanation of what was done to my car. I would use this place. I was happy with the service, thank you, Jose.

The damage and the repair! Thanks a lot guys! Can't even tell anything was wrong.

I'm having mixed feelings about my experience with Safelite. I had a cracked windshield not due to…read morean accident. Thankfully my car insurance covered the repair with $0 deductible and sent me to Safelite. I was able to get a quick appointment and was able to reschedule easily online for my convenience. However on my actual visit I heard two people in line before me that had issues with their appointments. One lady had an appointment but upon arrival was told that it was cancelled. No one knew why or who cancelled it but they didn't have space and she had to go home without a glass during the rain. Another gentleman had called in to confirm they had the right part he needed to fix his car, but upon arrival was told they didn't have it in stock and had to come back the next day. Thankfully my appointment was still available and they took my car. They have complimentary waters and snacks as well as a TV for those who wait. The staff was very polite and friendly, however they weren't able to give me a time that my car would be ready. They told me to just come back at 5:30 because they close at 5 and it should be ready by then. There is nowhere in the near vicinity to wait at so I decided to wait inside the center since my appointment was at 3 and I could wait 2.5 hours. At 5:30pm I got my first check in asking me which car was mine. A few minutes later I was informed that my car will be ready in another 45 minutes estimating my end time at 6:15pm. Another gentleman sitting here waiting as well was told that his car has been finished already. Looks like they didn't care to update him. I wish there was better communication. Further, there were 5 people who, like me, opted to wait inside. However I was one of the first to arrive, and the last one to get my car fixed. I know that repairs will have been faster than replacements, but still. The lack of communication and extended wait really started to get on my nerves.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I definitely recommend going with another company. They did not even…read morecomplete the service. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 12 and he arrived at 12:10, with an attitude. The repair time was supposed to be between an hour and two and he took 2.5 hours and at the end he didn't even complete the service!!!!! They said that they needed to calibrate it and they couldn't and then they wanted me to go to their location which is 35 min away from where I live to then wait for hours because they said they needed at least an hour to see if they can calibrate it. I said beforehand that I needed that to be quick because the only time I had was during my lunch break and there were like 6 people waiting and said it will take hours. WHY ADVERTISE AS A SERVICE THAT GOES TO YOU TO THEN MAKE YOU GO ALL THEY WAY TO THEM AND WAIT FOR HOURS???? AND after all, when I'm there, they say that if I don't do the calibration there, they just don't care because they make you sign a waiver before the do some work in your car. If you're looking for windshield replacement I recommend you finding a company that is near you in case "calibration" cannot be completed. I asked if they can to me to attempt to recalibrate and they said no. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE don't recommend this company/service to anybody
