We ordered a beautiful 1890's Victorian bookcase from Liberty & 33rd Furniture Co. via their…read morelisting on Chairish. We knew the piece would look wonderful in our new home. What we didn't know when we placed the order was that we would actually get possession of the new home just days after the expected delivery. I contacted Liberty & 33rd by phone and spoke to the wonderful staff, explaining that we needed to delay delivery by a few days and have the item delivered to the new address rather than to the old address, where it would soon have to be moved again. Liberty & 33rd got right on it, postponing the delivery and changing the delivery address to our new address. The bookcase was delivered a few days ago to the new address and is every bit as perfect in our new home as we had hoped. We hope we will have an opportunity to do business with this great company again someday.
