Made it very clear she is working for the Seller, and NOT getting paid by the buyer (which was me, who she was supposed to be representing). Our old PM couldn't rent out the place even in the peak seasons, never visits onsite, forget repairs, and was not responsive. On the other hand, Dana's team was able to find a tenant in about a month, right before the holiday season when market started to slow down.
