These kids were wearing backpacks on a Saturday, which seems suspicious to me in a mall. This last month has been filled with violence from kids in large unsupervised groups and I did not appreciate that the mall, which has high end stores with over the top prices, allows children of all ages to wander around for house, buying nothing. This is the first time I have experienced this. I will not be going back to the mall, especially during the summer.

Oak is such a cute area in Oklahoma City…read more I stayed in the Lively Hotel on Oak for a recent conference. Nice to walk around the area. Met a friend at Mesero for lunch and then had brunch with friends two days later. Their chips and fish tacos are delicious. Parking is so easy. Both covered and uncovered are available. I did covered as it was so windy and there can always be weather related issues like hail and tornadoes. The two large cloud sculptures by a husband and wife team really make the space. Love the reflections of the clouds during the day and the "stars" at night. A great location to stay and shop, although the food at the hotel was underwhelming.

I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. There are good sales around the holidays, so go check them out.

The Town Center is across from the Midwest City, OK, Welcome Center; Tinker AFB; Tinker Bicentennial Park. It is north of I-240, and north of I-40, off exit 157C. It's north of SE 29th Street, south of SE 15th Street, east of S. Air Depot Blvd, and west of S. Midwest Blvd. Details: The Town Center was opened in 2005 and was completed in 2007. There are about 56 stores, restaurants, and services in a 90 plus acre area. I've listed them out, almost in order of location, starting from the west, off Air Depot Blvd, and going east towards Midwest Blvd. Most of the restaurants are along SE 29th Street, towards the front of the Plaza, so it's easier to see and get to them.
