One of the groomers, who I assume was the owner, was visibly annoyed that I was there and started complaining, yelling at the dog!!! Then she threw up her hands and said she could not groom a dog when it's acting like this, etc. etc. The poor dog was just acting like a dog, and her angry behavior was uncalled for! I would not trust her with my animals at all. if she acts like this when there are people in the shop to see and hear her, I fear how she acts when she's there alone with an animal! I will find my pet food elsewhere, because I don't want any poor animal being groomed to get punished because I walked in!!!

Supposedly they got it in his eyes and he scratched at this eyes, so this whole incident was my fault and his even thought he was in their care, a supposed professional groomer.
