First, I was going to be put on the schedule, was already on a schedule, but it was going to be 2 to 3 weeks. Last Thursday, I literally just Prayed and went to the Internet. Rob contacted me right away after reaching out to a few companies. Not only did he say I could start your job right away, he educated me on the type of insurance I needed in the future for both my primary property and my rental in Clarksville, so I would not have to come out of pocket again for any major home loss. He lowered his price a bit to fit my budget, so I didn't have to come out of pocket so much. I called on Thursday, it is Tuesday and I have a new beautiful roof! They started at 7 am and done by 4 pm with cleanup like they were never there. Paid and life is good! His associate Lenny was awesome and on the ground with the crew.
