We begin by collecting a ticket to get her feet measured this can involve a long (ish) wait but it is worth waiting and being patient and i have seem so many people grab a ticket go to do more shopping and miss there turn. We look at the large range of shoes while waiting to have her feet measured and she chooses some she like which speeds thing up later on. After getting her feet measured we tell the very helpful lady which shoes we would like and she will get the correct size and place them on my daughters feet. At this point they check the shoes fit and make sure they are not to tight and don't rub. This is the bit I enjoy most because I then know they are okay for my daughter and it saves the arguement about whether they are comfortable. The next bit is the bit I like least as we have to decided wether to buy them and i often feel a little pressured by the staff member who has just spend time measuring etc to buy. We have in the past decided not to buy and the staff have been fine with me. Clarks will also allow you to return shoes that they have fitted to a child's foot if they rub etc which is really handy. The store is always clean and well lit and there is always a large range to choice from but shopping in here can easily take over half an hour as there is usually a lot of waiting!

Because the Yeovil store isnt very large, and a small selection of the season collection can be displayed at any one time, they try to rotate batches and this means that sale items are almost always to be found here. At end of season sales especially Topshop is brilliant value for money, as all clothes are highly designed and decent quality but at normal times can be a bit pricey for the high street.
