Was with my daughter, and grandson to get shoes for him-he is sixteen months old, There were about eight people in the store with a family getting first pair of school shoes, There were only two staff members, They were both amazing. Patient and nothing seemed too much trouble, especially the young man trying on children's shoes. He made what can be quite stressful fun.
Both of the customer service assistants were patient, friendly and efficient.
