Knowing I needed to change all four trailer tires before I have another blowout, I called my wife and told her to find me a tire store in Alexandria, that could change all four of my tires on my boat trailer. She called me back and told me she found a place that would have the tires there in 20 minutes. I put on my spare and drove to Louisiana tire and lift, when I got there, they were waiting for me with the four tires, and they immediately proceeded to replace and install the new tires. All the of the employees and the owner were super nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend Louisiana tire and lift in Alexandria Louisiana.

They had some hot food available, and while I was checking it out... the woman at the cash register working, I am assuming called out to one of the women working in the back. Other than that, when i used the restroom, there were no paper towels. It was a nice little store though, had the drink that i wanted and was able to snag some food for relatively decent prices.

My father was a logger and recomended Mr. Ross to me back around 1978. I have used his services for many years now and have found both he and his wife to be very nice, very helpful and they know what they are doing. I have brought lawnmowers (push and riding and finaly a 0-turn) in for repaire as well as purchased new units from them. They always had the parts that I needed or else could get them within 2 - 3 days. Any questions that I had about how or what to do something, they were quite willing to explaine to me what and where to look and how to test it afterward. I have never had any problems with the prices or the services they performed (from fixing a cylinoid switch to replace the motor with a bigger one). I know that some people do not get along with Mr. Ross, but in business, you do the best that you can and hope for the best because you can not make everyone like you nor agree with you. I would have NO reservation about recomending their business to anyone either looking for a small engine repaire shop or a point of sale. I found them to be honest, upright and very good at their buisiness and their prices.
