I pay a lot of money monthly to get the service I requested. He was here last week, and you can see that the mosquito is empty, which I told the tech and also did not sprayed my backyard for flea and tick...Lately, I am dissatisfied of there services. I have called several times. They kept telling me the guy who does termite will call to schedule when to install the baits around my house, but still no call. I have these pantry fly bugs, which wasn't that many now they are tons of them. The glue pads they give me are not working at all. When they scheduled for them to come service my house, they said it is all day long. I have dogs which they need to go outside do there thing. Plus, I can not wait all day. I have errands to run. I am not here to watch them do what I hired them to do. It should be done before they leave. Really. I would not recommend them. I have gotten so many different tech coming to my house. I was told it would be the same tech unless the tech is on vacation.

I've been unhappy with my service for years. I originally wanted pest control service because I didn't want to have to worry about getting rid of bugs myself. But over the years we have found several bugs that I end up having to get rid of myself with foggers and grocery store insecticides. At the first signs of cockroaches, I started spraying. and I'm glad that I did or my house would be infested even though I had Clark's Pest Control Service. We first found them in the garage and then they started appearing upstairs in the bathroom. Luckily after I started spraying, we stopped finding them. We find spiders everywhere, crickets, beetles, ants and so many other bugs that I don't the names of. I always joke with my family that Clark's is spraying a bug attractant. More recently we have been having issues with ants to the point the ants have been found in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We notified Clark's and they sprayed for ants. I went outside and saw ants all over my sidewalk this morning still after two services last month. I'm always cleaning cobwebs everywhere and killing spiders inside and outside of the house. For a property that has had the same pest control service for years, you would never know we pay somebody to take care of bugs because they are everywhere. They come they do a quick spray around, sometimes skipping the backyard and they leave. I'm not sure what I'm paying for at over $100 for each service every other month. I'm open to suggestions if anyone knows a better company. I really need to cancel my service but I'm waiting to find another company first. And the comment that was previously left saying that they don't notify you of an i upcoming service is true. When I signed up I was told they will call the day before to inform us someone is coming out. They don't. They just show up, spend about 5-10 minutes walking around the house and then leave. I wouldn't mind if they were eradicating bugs, but whatever it is they use doesn't work.

Thought we had termites on base of home, but they are Argentinian ants

Very honest . Didn't have termites & they were completely clear with report. I think they did a wonderful job.

They said the ants come eat all this up... doesn't look like it to me

They responded, showed up, and provided a quote. However, the experience changed once I started asking questions about the one-year service agreement and billing. Before signing any contract, especially one that locks me into service for a full year, I believe it is reasonable to ask clear questions about the billing cycle, payment dates, and whether anything would be prorated. I asked a simple question: if I signed and paid on 5/11, would my billing cycle start from that date, or would I still be billed on their regular cycle and lose part of the service period? I was not asking to avoid payment or get a discount. I simply wanted to understand what I was agreeing to before signing. Unfortunately, Rachel in billing did not seem clear on the answer, even though I had already discussed some of the details with Dan. That made me uncomfortable because billing and contract terms should be clearly understood by the company before asking a customer to commit for a full year. Instead of calmly answering the question, the tone changed and it felt like they became frustrated that I was asking about the contract at all. As a landlord who does not live in the Bakersfield area, I have to be extra careful about who I hire to service my property. I need to make sure the property is being properly maintained, the billing is clear, and the agreement is fair before I sign anything. Asking questions about a contract should not create tension or attitude from a company. I was genuinely interested in starting service, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant. A customer should be able to ask basic contract and billing questions without feeling like they are being a problem. To me, that is not good business, especially when the customer is being asked to commit to a one-year agreement.
