Since attempting to have HYF resolve the issues documented below were unsuccessful, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. Through that complaint, there was no resolution and HYF made no attempt to work anything out and refused to even discuss anything with me. now it looks like they are no longer accredited with the BBB. From A+ to not accredited. Interesting.

When I called to find out why they said it was tax and an additional credit card fee. but the tax is already on the original invoice. they then said the tax on the invoice is materials fees. it took them 3 days of asking at least 6 times to get the original invoice, I asked if they could get me an updated invoice/ receipt so my charges would match. They then gave me a hard time and told me they would send it at thier convienece in a week or so. Meanwhile the job was never completed and the dry wall patch looks like crap not even sanded or textured. They are scamming people. should be zero stars.
