We had the good fortune to work with Mr. Samuel Dampt, who was able to meet with us immediately and explain the entire process. He was attentive and professional and began working on our case without delay. His prompt filings and communications about the next steps and well-researched and organized responses with the courts guided us through the seven months it took to resolve our case. His attention to detail, incredible communication skills, and ultimate level-headed performance in the final oral argument won our case. It gave us the closure to put this final chapter behind us. We could not be happier with the fantastic team at Denton Peterson Dunn that worked diligently to get us a result that we could not have imagined when we first called with our questions about the validity of it all. While I recommend that you call this fantastic firm because their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy are the best, you probably need to know that the cost isn't even a fraction of what we expected to pay for resolution. The statute of limitations was about to expire, and I felt that I was running out of time. I had called everywhere and tried every avenue I could think of before I was finally referred to David Degnan. I am extremely grateful that I found him. I scheduled a free 15-minute consultation with David, but once he understood the extent of the damage and the urgency of the situation, he continued speaking with me for nearly 45 minutes. He was never in a hurry, never made me feel rushed, and did not charge me for the additional time. He listened carefully, treated me with respect, and offered meaningful guidance at a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Rather than encouraging me to spend money unnecessarily, David gave me practical advice and helped me understand how I could move forward on my own at that stage. He also told me that if I needed him later in the process, he would be happy to represent me. That meant a great deal to me because I felt he was genuinely looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to obtain a paying client. I ultimately filed the case myself, using much of the advice he generously provided, and the matter is now moving forward. What stood out to me most was not only his knowledge, but also his kindness, patience, and genuine concern. As a senior citizen dealing with a stressful and complicated situation, I felt respected, heard, and valued. David is a caring and compassionate attorney, and I will always appreciate the time, guidance, and reassurance he gave me when I truly needed it.
