First is to see what new technology and products are in and the second is to catch up on this family owned business and see what's been going on. Every time I've brought my tools in to have them serviced its always come back timely, and either sharpened or repaired back as manufactured would have it. For many people I could see where they feel the price may be higher than other places but you pay for what you get and Stihl is a very quality product. I would recommend and encourage anyone to visit Ron's Saw Sales.

Yesterday I bought an electric trimmer. I forgot the manual so went back to get it. The man who sold it to me was looking under the counter for the manual. He seemed grumpy and made me feel insignificant. Definitely not the great customer experience that always brings me back. :( Ed having a bad day I guess.

I got the wrong product sent and they weren't willing to honor my discount! I have never heard of such a thing! Won't be back!!!
