Having him ask the right questions, lend a listening ear, and genuinely care about what my goals are have helped guide me in the right direction. Matt shows great character, he actually KNOWS what he's talking about (has a Masters in this stuff), and gives useful outside-the-box advice that makes sense. I would recommend Matt to anyone starting a new business, wanting to get their career jump-started or energized, to organizations wanting to develop a better team/company culture, to anyone wanting to make a difference, and to a business trying to streamline their training of new-hires. Bonus: his office on top of a coffee shop!

The biggest change I've noticed from Nuero, is my ability to read. I used to have the hardest time focusing and comprehending books, even just a few paragraphs of books. In fact, I slid through high school barely finishing any books - maybe one or two (over a LONG period of time, and without understanding most of what I read), and haven't finished any books for the three years I've been out. But in the last two weeks, I finished TWO chapter books. One on a dental diet (say what!?), its was a super nerdy, smart, and in depth book. And one that was my favorite chapter book when I was younger (Corner of the Universe). I tried, and failed, reading Corner of the Universe this last summer before starting Nuero, and reading it this past week was a whole new world. I finally understood how people could say they enjoy reading!! I actually understood and EXPERIENCED the book. I'm super excited to see what else nuero does for me.
