In the end he attempted a bait and switch maneuver telling me I owes $100 when in the beginning he told me I would not have to pay anything in store. Obviously, I did not accept. His manager quickly credited me the $100 and seemed to know what she was doing. In fact, he was arguing openly with her as he fumbled to fix his neglectful mistakes. However, after his manager washed away the fee, Mr. Parikh pushed that it was a payment made "out of his own pocket" . This guilt producing statement had no validity to me nor do his credentials for that matter. He chased me outside the store when business was done to get some type of confirmation that I agreed it came actually from his pocket. I gave no such confirmation, nor should I have, and I left the office mid sentence. If I could give less than zero stars I would. I've done my taxes at H&R Block nation wide for 5 years ongoing. Jagdishchandra Parikh is the poorest example of employee there I could ask for. Real review: negative 5 out of positive 5 stars, would not recommend.
