It's a small compared to other venues I have performed at but the vibe there is friendly and comfortable. Lots of drinks... you can find your favorite on hand and made to you liking. It is very close off the freeway yet far enough to block some of the major noise. Occasionally you hear a trucker running the rumble strip but that's it. The grass is well maintain the trees are big. There's a beautiful little creek that runs adjacent to it, but the wind and the trees at night were just spectacular. We didn't use the bathroom facilities, so I can't applaud that, but the people were just sweet and everything about this place says come back. Wish every little RV park was like this one. This is our second visit in five years and you never know, but if anything it's gotten better. The staff is wonderful. The cookies on the windshield this morning were just a super treat that I had forgotten happened here. They've checked all the boxes. You won't be disappointed.

I was somewhat influenced by the one stars here and there, but my gut told me just to remain positive, as anyone considering this place should. I yearned for a place that would provide solitude, positive people, away from it "all" (crowds, cars, technology, work stress, etc), nature, balance, excitement. I've never done a ranch and really had ZERO expectations. I was met with the two most sweetest young ladies (Taylor and Hunter) who quickly put me at ease. Hunter, that hug brushed away every bit of anxiety I felt. Every moment of my day was met with this utmost care and attention, to the point I felt so guilty of the attention! Family dinner was absolutely amazing. I was in awe of sit down dinner with the ranch owners and their well-behaved grandkids. There is nothing more soothing that hearing kids laugh and play, run around the ranch and soak in the air and sun (in other words not having there heads glued to an iPad). Joe, the chef - absolutely amazing. I manage executive chefs at 5-star facilities and nothing beats a chef with a personality (and great food of course!). Away went this so-called diet I tried to put myself on and was able to just enjoy good food and company with no pressure on myself, Kyle - nothing more charming than a cowboy (not a ranch hand!) tipping his hat to a lady. Your hard work was certainly noticed, and your patience is/was so appreciated! Note: I am a female "executive" and came here on this trip by myself. I was able to drop everything from my city life, and just live the moment.

I love their pancake machine and that they have high-end yogurt. This location also had one more hot dish items compared to other holiday Inn express. Unfortunately, they had a hard time keeping items available in the morning. Their breakfast hours were fantastic. It's 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM. If you're interested, they offered free dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday for guests who are staying longer stays. We never took advantage of it. The hotel itself is starting to get old. It was annoying that the smoke detectors were right above where you sleep so the light that flashes every 30 seconds kept waking me up. Typically that's by the entrance or somewhere so it's not distracting at night. It was a little frustrating when I booked my stay months ago that the price quoted was slightly different than what I actually paid. They tacked on a credit card processing fee, which seemed really strange. Do they really want me to show up with a check? All in all I would definitely come back.
