So when back in the area this year, I returned and got several items this year, too. The shop is attractive and upscale, and prices are very reasonable. There were a lot of everyday clothes and handbags, and also a very large area of prom or Mardi Gras dresses. Why buy something new when you can be kind to the earth by getting something just as fabulous that is gently used? Or, quite a few of these items were new with tags but at one tenth the cost.

My family and I come to Fairhope at least one time per year to enjoy the beautiful people and the quaint feel. Today my family and I decided to visit CK Collection. We entered the store and were greeted by a nice young sales associate. As we made our way into the shoe section an older sales associate met us with a glare. As we started to look around she watched us with disapproval and as though we were wasting her time. She asked where we were from and the next comment from her was "Well have a nice day. " She quickly dismissed us. I'm not sure how many of you have seen the movie Pretty Woman but we were treated as though we didn't look like we should have been shopping in this "kind of boutique". To say that we were offended is putting it mildly. No one should ever be treated this way for any reason. We have traveled in the states and abroad and have done quite a bit of shopping and never been treated so poorly. My advice would be to find another place to spend your money. As we made our way to other shops in the area we shared our story and apparently this is typical behavior for the store. read more

Not only was I given rude remarks over the phone but apparently it was too hard to listen to what I had to say. Luckily, he still did business with them. I'll never associate with that store again.
