We have a newborn and a toddler and he's great with them both. He's a "get on the floor with the kids" type of doctor. He doesn't push vaccines and is all about good health and great supplements. His office is very accessible with great parking and it's located on the bottom floor. They have cute decorated rooms and a sick room, as well as a nursing room. The staff is amazing. They are busy but you don't suffer for that. They run the office well and will take time for all their patients. Denise does both front and back office and she is always very sweet and caring with the kids. I've been to many practices where the MA is so busy and not happy and kids pick up on that too. I was relieved as this ailment has been going on far too long. I'm waiting for the prescription for a few hours until I see an after visit summary saying he decided not to send a prescription. It's a bullshit move as we could've discussed other options on the call. He's not a doctor I would go to again. I will report this experience to the telehealth provider and make sure I don't get him ever again.

Now that I am experiencing a real emergency where my 5 yr old was sexually molested at her school and I need to get a check up and 3300 for so I can change her to a new school. Despite some red flags (clunky administrative issues, very high staff turnover, difficulty reaching the office by phone or having messages returned, incredibly long wait times in the office, etc.) we continued to see Dr. Radcliffe because of her gentle care, calm bedside manor and attention to detail. She was a great fit for our family and helped to justify staying with the practice when we were otherwise ready to move on. We also saw Dr. Kendall and Dr. Bush a few times and were very happy with their care as well. When we found out that Dr. Radcliffe was leaving we began casually looking at other practices in the area but this is also when covid vaccines began coming out for young children. Our friends whose children attended other practices around the city had no problems getting their kids vaccinated but We Care consistently told us (when we could get someone on the phone or to return a message) they didn't have the vaccine and did not know when they would. No offer to look into it or call us when they had other information. Between Dr. Radcliffe leaving and this, we were finally ready to leave and began seeing a new practice in August of 2022. However, what's really frustrating is that we continue to receive automated voicemails and texts, sometimes DAILY from We Care with an annoying recorded message reminding us to book an appointment. It feels like being spammed by a telemarketer and I've finally had to block the number because it is out of control. I think We Care has a lot of promise - they have great doctors and are in a convenient part of town for a lot of parents. Unfortunately there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Dr. Justice never misses a beat. Whatever I need for my children all I have to do is ask. I'm a hard mama to please and I don't give anyone a break when it comes to my babies and their health. When I take my daughter to the practice they always have a room to put her in to reduce her contact with others while there or her contact with sick children(she has a weakened immune system). Both my children love Dr. Justice. She is thorough and patient we have never been rushed out of the visit. She has stepped out of her "doctor" role and given me mom advice on many different things. She was open and honest about her own personal struggles with being a mom and how she tackles different situations. We love it here and as long as we continue to receive them a same level and of service we will be here until the kids grow out of the practice. The only con I have is the billing we have had some issues with that but that was resolved quickly as well. It's happen twice but it was fixed.
