Recently, I needed to get a hearing screening for my youngest daughter to complete her school records. I was told to bring her in for a walk-in visit between certain hours, which we did this morning. Ultimately, the visit was quick and easy because I showed up exactly when the office opened and we were the first patient in the building. However, getting to the walk-in appointment was confusing because the staff were not on the same page about whether or not the office even offered walk-in appointments. Eventually, they got on one accord and confirmed that we could walk-in on certain days, but that it still had to be on a nurse's schedule for us to get it done. Even though I was told we could walk in anytime from 8 to 11 AM or 1 to 4 PM, I received an appointment reminder the day before for an 11 AM appointment. It all worked out in the end, as we confirmed that appointment but still walked in at 8 AM to get it done and get her to school for the day. I've also been embroiled in an insurance issue for my older daughter related to an allergy test that one of the doctors at this practice ordered for her. The test was completed in August 2024 and, in August 2025, I am still regularly on phone calls with the insurance company, LabCorp, and the pediatrician's office...to try to get everyone on the same page. I am being very kind and fair-minded to simply say that I have lost countless hours to this issue, and it's not done yet.

I would drive 3 hours if need to for this office amd staff nurses and the Dr's are amazing Dr…read more Mathews especially they are amazing with my 5 they have perfect service they give amazing care

UPDATE: We were "dismissed" after writing this review. All…read more5 kids. Wow. I've been at Covenant Care for almost 5 years and all 5 of my children are currently being seen by this practice (4 since birth). The office is clean, appointments and check-ins are efficient, the front desk and nursing staff are so, so, so wonderful. I found this practice years ago and specifically chose them because they told me they accepted unvaccinated children. Dr. Pulliam is TERRIBLE. He makes me feel dumb for asking questions. His answers give a "duh", or a "you should know that" vibe. He's dismissive. No matter your concern, he tells me I'm exaggerating and the kid is fine. Everything is normal. I understand that he sees a lot of stuff, but it seems like he's hardened himself and forgotten that we are concerned parents and that his patients are children. He's also biased against unvaccinated families. I JUST asked him about 2/5 of my kids having high fevers - one is 4.5, the other is 5 months. Initially, he said kids can go up to 106-107 before needing to go to the ER, but to monitor the baby and let them sleep. Then he asked if they were vaccinated and told me to go to the ER since they probably have meningitis or sepsis. What? He's just not a nice person. If I bring my kid in, I'm obviously concerned or even scared. I'm asking professionals to reassure me or help me to heal my kids. He's so mean, y'all.

My children has been going to Dr Pulliam since 2005. Thorough, caring, knowledge and very…read moreinformative. Over the years the practice has gotten bigger and I'm thankful the service has always been great.
