Was recommended by a friend so was expecting great things. Quoted 3-4 weeks for installation of a…read moregate and side panel. After several inquiries initiated by me, it was installed at 11.5 weeks. It hangs crooked (he complained the whole time about my house being so far out of square). To me, this was something that they should have discovered during the initial measuring. It is a louvered gate. In the middle of the gate there are slats that are far enough apart to see through the gate. When I pointed this out, Juan said, "Yeah, I saw that. I don't know how that happened." So you noticed it, but was hoping that I wouldn't? He eventually said that he would remake the gate but that it would take 2 months. Well, that 2 month time frame has come and gone with not a word from him. At the time I asked whether I should call to remind him (since he is, with me anyways, a notorious non-communicator), but he said, "No. I'll put it on my schedule." Haven't heard a word from him and I suspect that I never will. And in the 2.5 months that it has been installed in Cathedral City (the desert), I've just noticed that it is rusting where the powder coating didn't cover the metal. While all of these issues may be an anomaly to me, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.
