Les Mills policy is that a member that goes inactive (even if they are repaying minutes after their membership term rolls over) needs to repay a joining fee. The company has no problem storing your data and phone number as a member, but then argues you need to rejoin to become an active member. It is literally marketed as a "Joining Fee" on their website... How is it possible to charge someone to join something that they are already considered a member of? Gym and staff were great. Service regarding the handling of errors and miscommunication was dismal. Be cautious when dealing with this establishment.
