Die Fahrer sind super, aber als der Fahrer am frühen Silvester nicht über einen Ersatzverkehr für die Nordbahn entscheiden konnte, bestätigte sich, was hier immer wieder im Kontakt mit der Zentrale geschildert wird: Man hörte mir nicht zu, gab Standartantworten und beleidigte mich dann am Ende. We were totally scammed by this company, avoid if you can. We are from the states and we were trying to get from Wacken to Hamburg. We got in the cab after our hotel desk person told us the cab should be about 120 euros and the people helping us with the cab said about 150 euros. Googlemaps said 110 to 150 euros and we had 205 euros in cash so we thought there wouldn't be any problems. We made the gigantic mistake to not check with the driver (name is Nehmat). There was traffic so he took us all over back roads. I started following with my own googlemaps fearing a scam. He took us wayyyy out of the way to avoid 45 min of extra traffic which I've read is illegal in Germany. He also never displayed a meter which I've read is also illegal here... He pulled up to the hotel and told us the price was 280 euros!! We told him we needed to pay with a card because we were shocked about the price and he said he needed cash. He made us drive to the train station to get cash. I can't believe he charged us over 100 euros more than anyone thought it would be! What a dishonest person. We were totally scammed so stay away if you don't want to deal with dishonest people!! Repeat! Stay away! I'm working on how to him but in the mean time, do yourself a favor and find a more honest cab company so your trip won't have an unfortunate surprise at the end! read more
