Horrible customer service by the only person in the rental office. The credit scoring is completely off, even when given proof their information is incorrect. She refused to be helpful or review any information. The maintenance man was rude and I was only filling out an application, so god forbid I actually was renting a place and had to deal with him. The overall experience was poor, the workers are rude and they were negligent at their jobs. This experience was enough to turn me off from ever renting from them. read more
