Bring your own dishware... - Comfortable phone booths - Friendly staff I was in town for a show at Rams Head Live and wanted to get to Baltimore early in the day to avoid any traffic problems. Thankfully, Spark Baltimore seemed like the perfect spot since it is right next door to the venue, so I could work all day without having to worry about getting to the venue! Spark Baltimore has some awesome amenities for $15 a day. You can work anywhere you like across the 2 floors, have unlimited cold brew coffee (which is uh-mazing), can book a phone booth, and get pretty fast wi-fi. While I was there, I was able to take advantage of most of the amenities that the space had to offer. The phone booths (while being located two floors down from the main floor), were comfortable. USB and AC outlets were provided and the light was great for long video or phone calls. The kitchen is pretty nice as well. Both the first and 2nd floors have kitchens. I mostly hung out in the third-floor kitchen, which has the cold brew on tap and some alcohol for members of Spark. The only letdown I experienced with the kitchen was the lack of dishware. If you're planning on bringing your lunch here, just make sure that you bring a microwave-safe dish and utensils. For cups and things that they do have, there is a dishwasher if you prefer to use that. All-in-all, this was such a win! As an added bonus, I was able to hear the bands that I was going to see during their soundcheck from inside the building. That's just super unique and cool!

The guy at check in was friendly and the conference room was comfortable, both in terms of temperature and chairs. You basically have to go through a maze to find the restroom, but it is clearly labeled. A pretty good co-working space, and probably the only one of its kind in this area.

There's always cool new people to meet and share ideas with, or an interesting event to attend, especially in the evening - whether it's yoga, an art show, or a community meeting. My organization has been holding our monthly board meetings at Impact Hub for over a year, and we love the space.

You can decorate the venue to your personal taste and style for your event..and Bianca provides the actual tables and seating. There are also different event packages you can reserved to suit your event, i.e. training/meeting or private dining. Food, which can pre plated, is served directly from the upstairs kitchen, and I believe the venue offers very limited food storage space. A good friend celebrated his 40th birthday party here recently and it was perfect for the vibe he wanted. We had the entire place to ourselves - multiple levels. There was a DJ and the food was set up in the conference room. Not sure how far in advance it would need to be booked but check them out online. The prices are reasonable! Parking in the area is a bit challenging though.

The space itself has a lot of different options for work, hot desks, couches, tables. The Community Manager, Kealea, is so friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough good things. I'll definitely be back if I'm back in the City.
