Showed up at 10:10 with a friend because the internet said Nooch closes at 11. There were 2 tables…read moreeating outside. The woman told me their kitchen closes at 10. I mentioned the internet said they closed at 11 and she said their kitchen closes at 10. I walked across the street, grabbed a kebab and sat outside watching her close down the restaurant and leave at 10:25. The kitchen didn't close at 10, she just wanted to leave early and lied to my face. Trash.

If I could give zero stars I would. This service is a joke. Consistently, deliveries take nearly 2…read morehours to arrive, blamed by weather or restaurant inefficiencies, etc..., but no other delivery service in Basel ever has these problems. Unfortunately, there is one restaurant I love that exclusively uses this company for their deliveries. It's on me for giving them another try, but never again. Lesson learned. I am DONE and will communicate this to the restaurant directly.
