My review can be summed up in two short words: STAY AWAY.
Don't be fooled by the pleasant-looking website supposedly geared towards expats and foreign nationals. The staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude. I had to call twice because the first time I was mid-sentence trying to explain the reason for my call when the representative on the other line hung up on me. At first I thought it was because of a bad connection, but when I called a second time and tried to explain myself again, he had the nerve to inform me that yes, he had hung up on me because HE thought I was the one being rude that I did not state my name before proceeding to talk to him. I had only arrived in Denmark a couple of days earlier and I had no idea that you had to state your name before you had the right to talk to another human being. I would have gladly given him my name if he had asked . . . politely.
But wait, there's more! He went on to "educate me" about Danish phone etiquette and informed me that I should learn how to do things the "right way" in Denmark. Oh, and that apartment I was interested in was no longer available. Wonderful! Perhaps it was divine providence that I did not end up renting with this company. If this is the experience I get just from being interested in renting an apartment with them, I can only cringe to imagine what it would be like to actually become a tenant. This company seems to think that people need to speak to them in a certain, mysterious, "right" way before they bestow upon you the privilege of doing business with them. As if. read more
