Hoche Automobiles in South Orleans could not help because of a 15 day waiting list. Fred (new car salesman0 kindly drove us to rue Hoche where the team agreed to deal with the problem the same day. After 4 hours, the faulty parts were replaced and the car was back on the road in perfect order. I am very grateful for the courteous and efficient way in which our problem was managed and for the surprisingly small cost involved.
