Horrible customer service from Janice Roberts in their mortgage department. Called on 6/13 and…read more6/14 about a home loan. She finally returned my call after two days, and then advised she'd need to look at the property before starting a loan application, and was going to do that by Friday morning 6/15. Got no response to messages left about her review of property on 6/15 and 6/16. Finally got ahold of her on 6/18 when she advised she didn't want to pursue offering a loan on the property for unknown reasons. So end result is we got nowhere in 5 days due to her flippant and couldn't care less attitude towards potential customers. This leaves us in a precarious position with deadlines looming on our contract with the seller. None of this should have happened. Take your business elsewhere, Janice doesn't care about taking care of business or customers. She's already lost business from our Coldwell-Banker realtor, don't get suckered into a dead end time-waster like we did - go elsewhere for your loan needs.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Many years back I switched from Bank of America (who I…read morehated.... hated, hated) to CNBT. I found them by searching for banks that automatically refund ATM fees. At CNBT they act like they actually care about having you as a customer... such a change from BoA! Their interest rates are great, it's easy to get ahold of them on the phone, and their online banking system is easy to use and well put together. I live in SF so I use it as internet only and occasionally have to mail in a check for deposit. But it's not really a problem since I do direct deposit and don't use checks a ton anymore. I really recommend these guys, it's weird to be so enthusiastic about a bank but what can I say, they're good!

Buyers Beware!!!! I bought a car from this dealer a week ago and in this last week i come to find…read moreout the car has a cracked radiator, The power window motor goes out and the check engine light comes on! (cylinder 4 misfirring) This is after the owner assured me that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong w/ the car. I was a sucker and this is an dishonest car Dealer!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I've been having trouble with H&H autos since Day 1. As soon as we drove it off the lot(620…read morelocation).... there was a leak and the gas gauge didn't work. Contacted them immediately! Three weeks later we had an appointment to drop it off to H&H's mechanic. After getting the wrong address 4 times from a lady who barely speaks english we got the mechanic. That's when I first attempted to speak to Michael Hannon for the first time. I called the office, wrote a fb message to one of the girls who works there. After not hearing back... i went to write him on his personal fb account. Nothing. We left the truck there friday- monday. The mechanic said he fixed the leak, but had to order a sensor for the gas gauge. That he would call when it was in. 3 months later nothing and the leak is NOT fixed. Power steering liquid still needs to be fixed, as well as the gas gauge. April comes around....I called to speak to Michael about setting up a payment arrangement. I spoke once again to the lady who barely speaks English. I told her my situation, told her I would make the payment for April in three weeks. She placed me on hold several times to "call michael because he was busy at a auction" finally 8 minutes later.... she said that "Michael said it was okay, but there would be a late fee." I agreed and thanked her. 2 weeks and 6 days later. My son is having surgery.... we realize the car is missing in the parking garage. We asked the garage attendent if any cars had been towed. He said no, our first instinct is to call 911. I call the dealership to get the license plate number of the vehicle. Tara, who only had worked there for two days. Pulled up my account and said, "it looks like it could of got picked up because of the vehicle having No Insurance and that's a breach in contract." The vehicle had been insured since day 1, when we drove it off the lot. I told her to call Michael and to check the glove dept. Insurance card was there and could verify. Nope, of course that was making things too easy. Instead we have to take a copy of our insurance all the way to Taylor(what?!?) Yup, never got a written or verbal notice that the location changed. Anyways, on top of that... we had to pay $395 repossession fee (why again? Bc no insurance) now you can see our dilemma! Hmm do we really wanna give this douche bag $395 when we clearly have insurance and he wanted to us be in an hospital surgery center parking lot to tow the vehicle?!?! I forgot to mention--- we NEVER got a phone call, email, or written letter about the insurance! At that point we were fed up, we wanted out things out of the truck and that was it. We made arrangements with Tara for us to get our stuff and we'd turn in the key. Well of course even that could go wrong(for them) we went to the address provided by Tara. Saw the Kia, got our stuff. When it came to turn in the key. Office doors were locked, there was no way for us to hand anyone the key. Next day, well guess who called? Yes, the man himself! The one I'd trying reaching handful of times. He asked what we were planning to do. (Hmm did Tara not tell you?) When i told him I didnt agree with the repossession fee and it look like we would be turning the vehicle in. He offered to work with us on the repo fee--- split it in two payments. Hmm okay sure $196 and two weeks later pay the difference. I needed a way to get my son to school the last couple of weeks of school. Well payment one was made. Two weeks later, he calls that my debit card didnt work. Hm weird, I'll transfer from my savings. Made sure there was $196 in my checking for the payment. Next morning, a vm from a guy who works from h&h autos that my card isnt working. (Well wth?) I can thinking maybe they have the wrong card number. Nope he's trying to take $256 from my debit card! Late fees! Something that was NEVER brought up by Michael. Late fee for a repo fee... seriously?!?!? I could understand a payment for the vehicle but a repo fee?!?!? He is milking it all for what he can! The guy argues with me for about 5 mins and says if i dont pay it... they'll pick up the vehicle. (Well fucking have at it!) I ask to speak to Michael... do i get him? Hell no! Of course I'm done once again at that point. He then says Michael will wave the late fee... well thanks! But there's still a $10 fee for whatever reason he gave. I refused to pay it. All i was paying was the $196 that we agreed on. They added the $10 the monthly note. Anyways, I'm done giving them anymore of my money... especially for a piece of crap vehicle that's already messed up! they DID NOT disclose that there was GPS on the vehicle-- Illegal!!! there's also no disclosure on late fee or repo fees so he makes them up as he goes I recommend all past reviews contact the Better Business Bureau!

A loyal customer means nothing to this bank. I had been a loyal customer for 2 years with First…read moreConvience Bank. I applied for an auto loan with this bank which was a big mistake. The auto loan started out by being applied wrong. The lady who applied my loan application was supposed to apply the loan as myself alone. But because my mother's name was also on my checking account, the lady applied the loan as myself and my mother as a co-applicant. I was wanting to apply alone because my mothers credit score is not good, so I knew I would not be approved with my mother as a co-applicant. She also applied the loan for a used car, when I was going to be purchasing a new car. Then a couple of weeks later the loan department called and said they had taken another look at my loan an realized it had been applied wrong. I was told that they had reapplied my loan and I was approved for the credit part of the loan. Then the next day, I got another call from the bank and was told I had been approved for the income part as well and all they needed was the purchase order on the vehicle to finalize the loan. I was going to be purchasing a Tesla, so I had to order the Tesla to be able to get the purchase order. So believing I was approved for everything else on the loan, and all they needed was the purchase order, I ordered my Tesla, paying a $100 non-refundable deposit. Then two days after I ordered my Tesla, the bank calls again and says that now they need proof of income to be able to finalize the loan as well as the purchase order. Being a self employed independent contractor I bring the bank my weekly pay statements from my job. But they will not accept those, told me I had to have document that shows the gross earnings for the year. So I bring them the tax summery that shows the gross earnings for the year, but they would not except that either. I brought them every document that they had asked for, and the documents showed exactly what they were wanting to see, that my income for the year matched the loan application. But each time I would go back they would have a different reason saying why I was denied the loan and would change there story every time.
