The automated teller machines aka - ATM are on the back side of the building and covered. Kind of like a bus stop shelter. You are protected from the elements by the fiber glass covering, not having to walk inside the bank to make any transactions is bliss. One teller had his head down and never looked up to acknowledge if anyone was next in line. A female teller came to the counter, looked at him, then looked at me, and looked at him again. While this was in play, a customer came in and stood behind me. She did not waste time she decided to go to the teller who was just sitting there. I did mention to the customer that the actions were rude, meanwhile her daughter stayed on the line behind be. The lady said that she was already there. Well, if one left the bank and returned, one should get back on line and wait to be summonsed to the teller. She was not in the bank when I arrived. Maybe that is just how I think. I was finally called to the window by the female employee and inquired about the co-op feature listed on Navy Federal Credit Union's suggestion for ATM use. I was told that FourLeaf Federal Credit Union Does not honor such feature. Elite suggestions- If FourLeaf CU is not participating in a co-op they should notify said CU's and tell them to take it off of their website.
