Very friendly bank. Easy to get to from the highway, convenient location. I used the drive through with the pneumatic tube and really enjoyed seeing the container go up and around to the teller. I WAS a Citadel customer, but they encouraged me to take my business elsewhere by not attempting to assist me in recovering money that was fraudulently taken from me. I contacted the "call center" when I noticed a pending charge from a company that has many disputes against them on the internet and is vaguely identified. I spoke to a woman who handled herself very professionally, but who gave me the impression that the money would be frozen until it was investigated and that I would get a phone call from the "fraud" department the NEXT day. I never received that call and two days later found out that the pending charge was now removed from my account. I called back and was sent a "dispute" form. I immediately filled out the form and was told that I would be contacted. Two weeks later, I contacted the call center, because I found that the disputed was dismissed by Citadel. I was not contacted during the investigation or that there was any resolution. No, I found out because I checked my account electronically. The professional woman at the call center informed me that the information was MAILED to me! No call on my cell phone or email to follow up. Both of which are on file. No, they gave me the old "check is in the mail" response. I was told that it was "up to me to resolve the situation with the retailer. After informing the professional woman at the call center and her manager that I would be finding another institution to do business with, I was promised that I would get an email detailing the decision. I have not yet received the email and hold no hope that I will. I am not jaded enough to post the small amount of money that this is over. It means something to me, but nothing to Citadel. I would recommend to EVERYONE to find an institution that is interested in retaining customers and not launching a new brand. I have worked for years in retail and customer service and every company drops the ball at times, it's the truly poor ones that pick it and punt it away. Good luck to me finding out what company stole my money. I know which one was never interested in helping me recover it. The score should be -5! read more
