We picked up bunk beds for our sons and they let us look at the furniture three or four times before we bought it. Each time we asked to check it out they were so nice. For a small fee they will deliver, set up, and place whatever you buy. They have some great pieces there at pretty good prices. The feel of the store is very warm and inviting. First they looked up my order and asked how long we had the chair. I said about 2 weeks. I got a "hmmm" and the clerk walked away for about 10 minutes. Came back and said "I am really sorry you have had the chair too long." My response was I was told I could return up to a month after purchasing. He disappeared again and this time came back and said, "it is a discontinued chair all sales are final." Again I acknowledged that was not what I was told. Was told I was misinformed. I usually recommend them without hesitation but think I will start looking elsewhere for future purchases. Felt like we were being scammed.

She is pleasant, professional, caring, and incredibly responsive. If you call and she is unavailable, she gets back to you promptly-many times that very same day. She also keeps you informed with phone calls and texts throughout the process. Now THAT is exceptional customer service! My situation involved a custom-made sleeper sofa. The first sleeper had an issue with the interior metal mechanism. When it was determined that the necessary part was unavailable or could not be replaced, Alisha made sure that an entirely new sleeper was ordered for me. She stayed on top of everything until my replacement was delivered August 11,2026. I never felt forgotten or left wondering what was happening. Alisha kept me informed from beginning to end. I also want to recognize Felix and Isidro, the two young men who removed the old sleeper and delivered the replacement. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and quick. She contacted me about my library unit when it arrived with some damage, explaining that it would need to be reordered. I appreciated that level of quality control from Walter E. Smithe, making sure everything was right before delivering it to my home. When the custom sleeper I received was slightly not flush, I reached out to Alisha and she immediately took care of it by scheduling a technician to come out and make the necessary repair.
