The clerk was getting tickets but didn't know what the hell she was doing.He asked for a hundred and twenty dollars of tickets and she printed up five hundred. Then she accused him of taking back the money even though she had the money in her hand. Then she said I told him I was going to print tickets until he told me to stop. She counted out the tickets and she said she put them in hundred dollar piles Then the $20 pile was a different one.They were $2 tickets.Don't know why because he bought $20.She could have put it on one ticket.But she does not know what she's doing. He had given her $30 $20 for the Powerball.And he wanted to mega and she didn't do that and we had to fight with her to get the money back for that. She said this was a stack of a 100 I took the tickets and left and told her you have a $120.You said this is a $120.We're leaving as we're leaving.She said she's gonna call her manager and the police. I did call the police.I got home and found out it was only a twenty dollar ticket and then the two dollar tickets That added up to the ten dollars she gave back. So my dad was ripped off of eighty dollars. She was so slow.She went to the Lottery machine had a $100 in her hand would print a $20 ticket walk back to the counter.Put it down move a twenty into her other hand and do that for the hundred. I was standing there not knowing what the hell she was doing. My father didn't know what she was doing and he even said to her when she got done I asked you for a hundred and twenty dollars with the tickets.. They don't even have a working phone number there.When you look it up , it says it's not in service. I went back today to leave a note for the manager.And she was working and I can't get a hold of the manager to fix this. I've talked to 6 other people who have had their lottery.Orders messed up one was given A ten dollar scratch off an ass for a 5 dollars scratch off. This is no way to treat a customer especially a ninety year old. We were in the store yesterday for nearly 30 minutes.While she did his tickets, which was ridiculous for honor and $20 for the tickets.This woman does not know what she's doing. Be careful if you go to the mobile station.She is totally incompetent. I would love to hear from the manager but I doubt she will give my letter with my phone number on it to him.

She harassed me for opening the door to come in, and then proceeded to walk away from the counter to follow me through the store, ranting at me about complete nonsense. I tried to just be nice and smile and nod, she was starting to freak me out. I checked out at the counter and she proceeded to tell me that I was wasting her time with my credit card, couldn't I see she had work to do?! As I opened the door to leave, she harassed me about opening the door and letting the cold sir in again. I've dealt with this employee's unhinged behavior on multiple occasions, and I will not be returning my business. These people don't want you there, apparently they don't need your business. Go somewhere else..

So, I used this gas station to drop off my Uhaul after traveling cross country as they also act as a drop off/rental. I was exhausted, and had forgotten to sweep out the back, which comes with a charge. The owner came out to inspect and pointed out that it wasn't swept. Instead of just charging me, he offered to grab the broom and dustpan for me to use to avoid the charge. Every time I returned for a full up, I have seen him out there sweeping or maintaining the facility in one way or another. I go out of my way to stop here for convenience purchases and to fill up on gas. Never had a bad experience. Gonna mention him claiming his business here so he can get the rating he deserves since taking this store and making it reputable. :)

Where I work, i stop whatever it is that I'm doing to help the customers. You dont need to finished sweeping the floor or stocking the sugar before helping the customer waiting at the counter for you. It is bad business and now this gas station will not even get our business. I'm sure we are not the only customers who deal with this. Today alone my boyfriend went in twice and he got tired of waiting to buy his cigarettes so he came out and I went in to say something because its constant bull that we have to wait. Shell TRAIN your employees to take care of the customer first or hire people who can actually understand that!
