I brought my vehicle here for an axle repair and paid approximately $850. Within three miles of…read moreleaving the shop, the axle locked up while I was driving, creating a serious safety concern and requiring the vehicle to be towed. Since then, I have attempted multiple times to resolve the issue. I called on Friday and again on Monday, spoke with two different individuals, and was told I would receive return calls, which never happened. Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication. I expected better quality work and responsiveness for a safety-related repair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

Well... not only did they fit is in but they scanned the car, determined the issue, came up with a game plan, and solved the problem to get is back on the road. Their team even worked through lunch!! We had a two hour drive left and a flight to catch. The office staff gave me a ride to town to get lunch while their mechanic worked tirelessly on his solution. They offered very competitive pricing and worked non stop to deliver my vehicle in a shorter time then planned. They are also helping us to support what happened by documenting what they saw. That is way above what I would have expected.
