Her car used $43 so she went back in for the $17 change to which the cashier said "I can't give you the change in cash (even though she paid cash ) the way it works is the $17 will go back onto your Valero account as a credit for you to use next time". Now fast-forward to today, she's checked her bank account just now and that gas station charged her the $43 that she used because her credit card was on file on the app. So the cashier pocketed her $60 cash and still charged her app/credit card the $43. We have already called the corporate office and filed a claim as we have both receipts showing that she paid $60 cash and was also charged $43 on her Valero account... (proof is there!!!!) we will be emailing the receipt receipts to corporate and they said they will file a claim against the office and hopefully give my mother a gift card for the $60 that was stolen from her at this location! Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be double charged and have your money stolen from you! Thankfully, my mother was smart enough to get receipts for both transactions so we have all of the proof we need to prove that he stole the money from her.
