I witnessed her first hand being very rude to a older lady that was moving a little slow but no slower than a lot of elderly people do. Elderly customers may move a little slower than she would like but they are customers and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect not as a bother. I have shopped here since the opening of this location and always have been treated with friendly and respectful service but for some reason thats no longer the case with a lot of the employees here.

That store cannot hold onto employees. Not for a second. And now it is losing customers by the handful. I'm moving all my scripts elsewhere ASAP. Rude on top of it, by the way.

I waited in the store for 30 minutes and the line never moved....so I decided to try the drive…read morethrough.....I waited 2 hours in line to pick up a Rx my husband dropped off the day before. When I reached the window I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes for Rx to be filled. I explained that it was dropped off the day before. They told me I couldn't hold up the line so I had to go to the back of the line and wait another hour to get Rx. When I got Rx they filled the wrong medication for my husband. He was supposed to get an albuterol inhaler and they filled nebulizer tx instead. But the instructions on the Rx was for an inhaler. You would think a pharmacist would know the difference. 3 and 1/2 hour wait for the wrong Rx. Do not go to Walgreens on 28east
