After my transaction had been completed, the cashier stated that the gift cards were non refundable, cannot be exchanged or returned. She then stated to be careful starching off the code because they have received several complaints of the codes being damaged. First off, you do not have to scratch off the code for an Apple Card, you just pull a magnetic strip. Secondly, if you know there is an issue with the cards, a reputable business would take some kind of action, a least tell me prior to my purchase about the complaints of damaged cards. I had to contact Apple to try to resolve the issue and I have been waiting four days without resolution. So I am currently out of $100. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS LOCATION.

Now they argue with me on the telephone telling me to transfer the medication. Telling me to call another location. Ummm NO! I've worked in healthcare for 30 years, I know how thos works. Ambien is a narcotic and can't be transferred unless it's an original prescription. Mine was refill. So they are so uneducated they don't know how their own system works. I understand this is just a sleeping aid but nothing else works for me, due to the medication I take for my diabetes. I will never use this location again. What would happen if this was a life or death medication, diabetic medication, blood thinner. They just don't care. I wish we would change pharmacy's but ouret insurance makes us stay.
