Just moved to Ariza Westview just under a month ago and so far EVERYTHING has been great!. Jay was…read moregreat at helping us view apartments and getting us set up to apply. We were accepted in a few days and the whole process was very smooth and easy to do! The apartment: we went with a 2 bedroom and it's the perfect size for my partner and I! The apartment is roomy, the kitchen is spacious and the island in the middle is oversized!... in the best possible way :) . All appliances are whirlpool and run perfect! The tubs are huge with white subway tiles and a double vanity in the main bedroom. The walk in closet is great in the main bedroom the one in the spare room isn't as big but still a good size walk in closet. We have a small balcony with storage which helps a ton for holiday decor :). Also the there is great insulation in this apartment!! The air con and insulation: let me start w I run HOT! Like, let me sleep in the attic w ac and fans on hot! We have our ac set to 75-77 during the day with NO issues! Fans still on. I've had days when it's set at 75 and fans on I've used a blanket (this is not normal for me lol) the windows in the apartment are what I think is called dual pane insulated storm windows - if you're a clean freak like I am you're able to remove the windows on cleaning day to get the other side of the glass! It's great. The pool is huge and active! We love seeing people down there having fun and have gone down for our own float session :). All in all we do not plan to leave any time soon and love this community so far! Thanks Jay for making the process easy!

Cortin Village is, in my opinion, the best apartment complex in Brenham. The apartment I stayed in…read morewas pretty new. It was very clean when I first moved in. The move out wasn't difficult. I signed on for a 6 month lease and then a 3 and you can also do a month to month. They are very accommodateing. Any maintenance that I needed, they always did very quickly. Also, the price, for Brenham, is pretty reasonable. They also have a pool and allow pets. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center. I really miss that in all the other apartments I've had. Overall I rate it 5 stars.
