I had 12 pants and 12 shorts for two years. I move and leave company. Turn everything in in a common room. Now a month later they say 4 missing pants and 1 missing shorts plus 8 damaged pairs of slacks. Really, how do you damage slacks. They weren't stained nor were they torn or snagged. Here is the kicker. They are back charging me $410.13. Ouch. service while I was there was great but this has permanently ruined every good aspect of this company. read more
