I have to send my boyfriend in to order for me because for some reason the girls that work there like him & they actually pile on the toppings & make the frosting properly flavored. I am so sad to be so disappointed in my experience here! First to start off with... zero welcome from anyone when we walked in, then a big fella from the back came out and said what can i get you... i replied that we were looking and that it was our first time there...silence from him. He just stood there. 2 guys came in after and because I felt so uncomfortable not knowing what I wanted right away and how unwelcoming the guy was i told them to go ahead of me. We ordered 4 rolls - cake batter, original, birthday cake and one with a cookie dough scoop. Got them to go - we were fine waiting the 15 minutes for them to be ready. And they did stay hot until we got home. We still waited to eat them a bit as we had just had a big dinner. OMG I'm a sucker for cinnamon rolls. I first heard about this place thru Yelp, an Elite event. After spending a nice day in my pool I ended up running down to this location to get my cinnamon roll. I pulled up the store on my Yelp app & used their directions to get here. It was accurate & not far from home. The parking lot was a little crowded but I was able to find a spot close by. Inside is small. There were three people waiting for their orders & two girls in front of me @ the register to put their order in. Even though the place is small it was easy to be able to separate away from each other. The two workers were friendly. A young lady waited on me. I'm kinda boring & I'm a fan of the plan cinnamon bun so that's what I ordered. I wasn't going to eat it there as they weren't allowing anyone to dine in anyways. I even asked if they had to warm them up because I was fine with taking a cold one home & heating it up in the microwave but they had fresh buns in the oven. I didn't have to wait very long, maybe 7 minutes. I used the bathroom while I was there. They had two of them. The one I used was nice, clean & well kept. Once my bun was ready I brought it into my car & checked it out. Of course I had to take a picture for Yelp. OMG it looked amazing!! It had just the right amount of frosting on it. I don't like when you get cinnamon buns & there isn't much frosting, I'm always having to ask for extra but this wasn't the case here. Once I got home & sat down to eat it the frosting had melted. My first bite was sooooooo good. It was a tiny doughy & moist. It wasn't too sweet but just right. I couldn't resist it and ate it all in one sitting. I savored each bite. Oh my goodness gracious, I got the Twix flavored Cinnamon Roll and my life will never be the same. It was sooooooo good! They definitely give you a filling amount of cinnamon roll and stuff on top, too. My husband got the build your own roll with maple and the banana foster roll, too. Visiting our son who is vegan, he took us to a few places while in town. By far this was the most amazing, this was the best Cinnamon Bun creation I have ever tasted, vegan or otherwise. It truly blew my mind and taste buds. I could not imagine that vegan could taste this incredible. Upon entering was told it would be around 25 minutes wait, I did not want to wait, but the group did, glad the group won. Easy ordering process and the wait ended up being way less. The baking team was really hustling and while waiting the smells just made my mouth water. Ate the ice cream while waiting, my wife loved it. Cinnaholic stands out by being both fully vegan, and fully customizable- the base is standard, select your preferred frosting and toppings, and dig in!
