We have a new construction ski home in North Conway that needed a TV installed on a floor to ceiling fireplace as well as on another wall that we wanted a flush look. Doug at Cinamaesque recommended to remove stone on the fireplace to make the TV look right. He was focused on making as "flush" of a look as possible.. I assumed it wasn't an option and it would be installed on top of the stone. Over the course of a week, Doug assured me he was comfortable with the job when I was nervous about removing newly installed stonework.. with the potential mess etc.. Doug was patient, gave me references and pictures of other similar jobs - all recommended Doug highly. We were on a tight timetable so when I gave Doug the go ahead, he was there within the week with 3 guys installing a 65" Samsung Frame and a 65" samsung 8K. Doug and Team used an abundance of caution while installing and removing stone.. drop cloths etc were everywhere. Doug even found a way to conceal the large 13"x3" samsung one connect box behind the tv's. (I wasn't aware of the one connect box when I purchased.. which added some complexity for Doug. He handled it unphased as a pro and figured out a creative solution. The finished product is amazing.. I can't believe how close he got the Tv's to the wall.. the Frame TV looks like a true piece of Art on the wall - not sticking out showing the TV mount.. Doug and his team left my home spotless.. cleaner than it had been before.. Doug even made sure the TV , Remote, Sonos were all programmed and synched the way they should.. They blame it on the fact that we didn't replace every component and buy everything new through them but during the consultation they didn't recommend that we replace every component and seemed fine with selling us some but not all new. Their receipt was cut and pasted paper and they wouldn't take a credit card.....sketchy tax practices I think. The system sounded like crap when they left (we weren't onsite) and they just played dumb when we called at first then got angry when we asked them to come back and adjust. Two thousand dollars later (1000 for labor) we are worse off.

Originally, I had asked them about wiring some in-wall speakers to my upstairs room. Andy, the owner of the company, came out and gave me a free quote for the job. He then suggested I come to their showroom to hear the various speaker options. He offered to show me a short movie in their theater as well, and I immediately thought I wanted the same thing in my house! Andy was great to work with on what would work best in the room. He was always willing to exchange emails or talk on the phone for however long it took to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions we made for the room. Andy made some excellent suggestions for laying out the room as well. He really knows his stuff. The actual installation itself was nearly flawless, and of high quality. All of the people we worked with at the company were very friendly too. When we had a small issue with the project bouncing when people walked on the floor above, they didn't hesitate to spend time coming back out and adjusting the mount. The cost for the whole project was a bit more expensive than other quotes I had gotten, but I got a very good impression that AV Experience would do a clean, professional job on the project - and they did.
