I've stayed in many hotels, in Italy and the US. This hotel is beautiful esthetically with chic…read moredesign and good security. The amenities are bad. AC does not work and won't cool the room below 24 C. And it's set at 20 all day long with the shades drawn. Weather outside is upper 70's during the day with lower 70's at night. The bathroom does not smell nice before during or after usage. There must be some plumbing issues internally. The hotel is new and not cheap so I'm very surprised at the lack of good AC. Nice sized room with large closets.. I don't think i would stay here again based on the $$$ and the lack of proper AC. We asked at the desk and They said they would look into it.. and possibly move us.. I don't believe either happened... I know we were not moved to a better room..
