Dropped in on this theater because it has original language screenings. It was a comfortable…read moremultiplex theater. I visited twice because it offers some showings in English. Just remember to check the listings. I had a nice visit to the movie theater, the real problem is that the movie was crummy, haha. (review was based on pre pandemic visits)

Comfortable reclining chairs just in few movie rooms, I wish they would upgrade all the rooms in the near future. Strategic location walking distance to the metro, high end restaurants and the most beautiful historical sites. It is always an experience to watch a movie here.

But while the theater was packed, it was nowhere near full. So the girls went up and got better seats while my scared-ass nearly had a stiff neck. That is, until INTERMISSION! Why don't we have this is the US? I snuck up to sit with them and was able to enjoy the movie more. Plus there were vendors walking around like at a baseball game. I ordered a gigantic Peanut M&M's that I am still digesting a week later, for a decent 4eur. Good movie, good theater, and hilarious that we brought Paola to a place she gave 1 star! Definitely need to watch another movie or two here before I leave for the summer. Also located in a great area.

When we realized the error and went to talk to the attendant he just rudely shoed us away and refused to give us a refund. We contacted the theater through their help center and was denied a refund as well. Very poor experience, will not go back.
