However since I'm currently living in Germany and haven't been back to the UK for six months I was tempted into trying this cafe that boasted the Best English breakfast in Sitges. For Sitges's sake I hope this was an empty boast as it was expensive and not particularly well done. The beans may have been Heinz but they were a bit dried out, I've no idea what they had done to the mushrooms but it wasn't good. The single slice of bacon and sausage were OK and the minute steak was quite tasty if out of place for breakfast.
The staff's English was excellent and they even put on an episode of Buffy the vampire slayer for me to watch while I had my breakfast, but if you have a yearning for some British morning fare then I'd suggest you look somewhere else.
