Despite planning meticulously, I arrived late to my graduation and nearly missed the opportunity to walk across the stage. I was only notified of the cancellation because I called to confirm; there was no proactive outreach from the company. Very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine remorse was shown. The stress and disappointment caused on such an important day were completely avoidable. I can only imagine how devastating this would be if it were for an event such as a wedding. I was left with the choice of either waiting months (or longer) for it to fade, or going through painful and expensive laser removal. Victoria actually reached out to me asking for a review, so I felt it was the right time to be honest. I shared my concerns respectfully and clearly, but she didn't respond until I followed up again. When she did reply, she declined to offer any refund (even a partial one) and instead offered a free touch-up. I no longer felt comfortable returning to her after losing trust in the process, and I expressed that kindly. After telling her that I intended to leave an honest review, she blocked me from all of her social media accounts, which felt unprofessional and silencing. This was a disappointing experience both in terms of the result and how it was handled afterward. I would not recommend this business to anyone considering a cosmetic tattoo, especially one as delicate and permanent as lip blush.
