I am in Memphis and was ordering for a group of neighbors of a recently deceased lady who's funeral was in Dyersburg. None of us was able to attend. If it weren't for another friend who attended the funeral sending us a picture we would have thought that what we viewed online was what was sent. The arrangement we ordered listed the plants that were in the arrangement and included a flowering pink plant and another with colorful green and pink foliage. They were planted in a nice willow basket with a fern and two other aesthetically pleasing plants. It was beautiful and cost over $90 with tax. The one that was delivered had three green plants in a cheap basket. There was no attempt to create the aesthetic of the Secret Garden even using other plants if the described ones were unavailable. If what I ordered was not available they could have told me when I placed my order over the phone. It did not look like something someone would want to display in their home in remembrance of a loved one. And that is the reason we decided on live plants instead of cut flowers. When I called to express my dismay at the appearance of the product. They said that that was what I ordered. And what did I want them to do? I told them they could send another arrangement to the deceased's daughter. They said they didn't deliver to where she lived. Needless to say I and my neighbors are very disappointed . I have ordered flowers before and never had an experience where what I ordered and what was delivered was so underwhelming! The main problem is that we wanted to express our sympathy for our dear neighbor with something that looked peaceful and joyful and timeless. What we sent was what one of my neighbors described as, "your uncle went to Home Depot for some plants and picked up a Dollar Tree basket garden."
