Lasting change takes time. Most reviews on FB etc are good and the owner responds to everyone. Using yelp to only post a negative comment about a person that you did nothing to correct the problem by notifying management is kind of against yelps standards if you ask me. The previous reviewer gave the owner I chance to make needed correction by using a review site as a first line of attack. The man deserved it, not the business owner!

So we got two and then he tells us well you guys need to be out of here in an hour and a half because we will need that space for the party. We rented the lane for an hour it was very unnecessary to mention that we needed to be out. He also keep staring at us while we were. The whole atmosphere was just super uncomfortable. We came with 1 hour left of the atomic bowling. We payed $20 a person to have a fun night. For 20 of the 60 minutes of time we had to play, the lane was broken. When we questioned what was going on, the management and staff was rude and told us quote "to get the fuck out".. when I called to asked for the managers name he told me "Jay" and hung up the phone. When I called back and said I must have got disconnected, I asked when the GM was present and when I could speak to them. The told me they couldn't give me an exact time and that I could call back on Tuesday due to the holiday. I told them I would be sure to do that. The lady on the phone with "don't complain too much" and hung up the phone.. how disappointing. Such a waste of time and a terrible place to be.
